**CHEF DE PARTIE PASTRY**:
Il Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort 5*, struttura iconica che affaccia sul golfo di Portofino, parte di Small Luxury Hotels of the World seleziona, per la prossima stagione estiva Aprile - Ottobre 2025, un/una Chef de Partie Pastry per i nostri ristoranti. Siamo alla ricerca di nuovi collaboratori che si aggiungano alla nostra squadra giovane e dinamica, che sappia offrire alti livelli di servizio, con pregressa esperienza.
**RESPONSABILITA’**:
Seguire le indicazioni fornite dal Pastry Chef;
Preparazione di tutti i prodotti da pasticceria;
Mantenimento dell'igiene e della sicurezza;
Supervisione del team.
**REQUISITI**:
Ottime competenze tecniche di pasticceria;
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo maturata in strutture di pari livello;
Ottime capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti;
Forte cultura aziendale e Atteggiamento propositivo;
Gradita ma non indispensabile la conoscenza di tecniche di panificazione;
Puntualità.
