We are seeking a **thorough and proactive Tender Management Specialist** to join our **Back Office team in Cernusco sul Naviglio.** In this role you will handle **public and private tenders** by ensuring **compliance with regulations,** and by coordinating with internal collaborators throughout the tender lifecycle.Your main responsibilities will be to: • **Monitor and identify** relevant public and private tender opportunities. • **Conduct feasibility studies** and **risk assessments** for tender participation. • **Manage documentation** in accordance with applicable regulations. • **Prepare and submit** administrative, technical, and financial **documents** via certified email and dedicated portals. • **Coordinate with the Sales team and other departments** to ensure timely and accurate tender activation. • **Maintain organized records** and ensure traceability of all tender-related activities. • After onboarding and training, **operate independently and liaise with internal customers** (Sales, Application Specialists, Legal, etc.) as needed.## ## **Qualifications**We are looking for an individual with the following background: • University degree or equivalent experience in **Law or related field** • **Previous experience** in a similar role within structured multinational companies **would be a plus** • **Full proficiency in Italian** and **good level of English (especially reading & understanding)** • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC usage. On a personal level, you are a **proactive and reliable** professional who brings **strong organizational and interpersonal skills,** that allow you to **collaborate** effectively across teams and manage complex processes with confidence. Your **high attention to detail and precision** ensures **accuracy in documentation** and compliance, while your ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple deadlines enables you to deliver results even in challenging situations.
