The candidate would work closely with the Sales team and would be responsible for delivering solutions to meet our Corporate Clients Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate hedging needs. We value a strong logical thinking as well as creativity and desire to originate new business ideas. Empathy and the ability to work in a Team is a must. What you'll be doing Structure FX and IR derivatives-based hedging solutions for Corporate Clients Prepare Client pitches, exposing technical content in a clear and informative way What you'll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering (or related scientific area) Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex things in an intuitive manner Programming basics is a plus Up to five years of experience in Structuring, Sales, Trading, or related experience Italian mother tongue and fluency in English What you'll get in return working in a fast paced and challenging environment an open minded, dynamic and challenging environment About UniCredit Group UniCredit is a pan-European Commercial Bank with a unique service offering in Italy, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe.
