We are seeking a highly motivate and analytically driven Structurer to join our FX and IR Structuring Team.The candidate would work closely with the Sales team and would be responsible for delivering solutions to meet our Corporate Clients Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate hedging needs.We value a strong logical thinking as well as creativity and desire to originate new business ideas.Empathy and the ability to work in a Team is a must.What you'll be doingStructure FX and IR derivatives-based hedging solutions for Corporate ClientsPrepare Client pitches, exposing technical content in a clear and informative wayPerform quantitative analysis (e.g. scenario analysis, historical analysis, etc)What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering (or related scientific area)Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex things in an intuitive mannerMicrosoft Office proficiencyProgramming basics is a plusUp to five years of experience in Structuring, Sales, Trading, or related experienceGood knowledge of Italian and fluency in EnglishWhat you'll get in returnWorking in a fast paced and challenging environmentAn open minded, dynamic and challenging environment
