Denna position rapporterar till: Area Sales Manager in GMS Your role and responsibilities You will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation. This role contributes to the Electrification - Smart Power division - Product groups Breakers & Enclosures and Service in Gulf Countries and Australia. Main stakeholders are Country Market Developers, Global Product Managers, LSU Product Marketing Directors, Product Marketing Managers/Specialists, and the Pricing team. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications. Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries. Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries. Qualifications for the role Skilled in working with Outlook, SAP, Office Package, PBI, AI, and the electrical production and distribution market. Experience in dealing with customers, acting as a problem solver, working in teams, sharing and bringing new ideas, with at least 2 years of experience. Enhanced knowledge of Office package, PBI, AI. Degree and Proven Experience in Electrotechnics or Electronics. Comfortable communicating in English.
