As part of our expansion, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Developer to establish and develop our presence in your region and build a future local team.ResponsibilitiesLaunch the Local Office and represent Hetmos to local executives, investors, and partnersDevelop business activity: prospecting, partnership development, and conversion of qualified leads generated by our technologyIdentify and qualify opportunities for the purchase or sale of companies for our internal teamBuild and grow a local team (sales representatives, analysts, partners, etc.)Contribute to the development strategy in your Country and RegionProgressively advance to a leadership role, with the possibility of partnership based on performanceProfile SoughtSolid experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultingEntrepreneurial mindset, a passion for hunting and rapid growthAbility to develop a local network and represent the brand to decision-makersNatural leadership, a desire to build a team and establish an office from the ground upKnowledge of the economic landscape in the country and regions is a plusNo prior M&A expertise is required: we train our talentPackageInitially 100% variable compensation, very attractive (high commissions on generated deals)Opportunity for rapid advancement to a permanent contractAccess to Hetmos technology tools to identify and qualify opportunitiesSupport from headquarters and comprehensive operational resourcesPotential for partnership in the medium term, depending on performanceDedicated resources to develop a high-performing local teamSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
