Wij zijn op zoek naar een Application Engineer om onze afdeling in Tilburg verder vorm te geven. Ben jij de topper die ervaring meebrengt vanuit Building dan wel Industrial Automation en wil jij deze ervaring graag inzetten bij onze klanten? Ben jij daarnaast graag volledig betrokken bij projecten en wil je graag helpen onze afdeling te ontwikkelen? Wat ga je doen als Application Engineer

Als application engineer bij Equans verdiep je je in de gebouw gebonden installaties bij onze klanten in de complexe utiliteit en industrie. Dit doe je onder leiding van een Project Engineer of Projectleider. Je bent betrokken vanaf het ontwerp tot en met de uitvoering van een project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de functionele uitwerking van de regeltechnische HVAC- en industriële installaties in de PLC en/of SCADA applicaties.

De projecten waar jij aan werkt zijn nooit hetzelfde en bevinden zich binnen verschillende marktsegmenten. Denk hierbij aan technische installatieprojecten in ziekenhuizen, grote utilitaire objecten en industriële omgevingen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je flexibel bent en open staat voor afwisseling en diversiteit

Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf. Dus, naast bovenstaand, ook bij:

  • het beoordelen van aangeleverde gegevens en het vertalen van deze naar een basis ontwerp
  • het vertalen van eisen vanuit de vakdiscipline naar richtlijnen in offerteaanvragen en het valideren van deze aanvragen
  • het in kaart brengen van technische en functionele risico's voor de vakdiscipline en het komen met maatregelen om deze risico's te reduceren
  • het bouwen, controleren en onderhouden van de applicatiesoftware aan de hand van de ontwerpdocumenten
  • het bepalen en onderhouden van standaarden en het sturen op het gebruik hiervan
  • het bewaken van de voortgang van de vakdiscipline binnen het project betreffende zowel urenbudget als planning en het rapporteren hierover aan de projectverantwoordelijke
  • het ondersteunen van Junior en Medior collega's bij de realisatie van applicatiesoftware en het vakinhoudelijk ondersteunen bij de inbedrijfstellingen.

In Nederland werken we samen met 6.000 collega's vanuit 29 locaties. Samen zijn wij Equans.

De afdeling Automation binnen Equans richt zich op het automatiseren en digitaliseren van diverse onderdelen binnen onze utilitaire en industriële klanten. Het hechte automatiseringsteam bestaat uit engineers die zich voornamelijk richten op complexe automatiseringsprojecten op het gebied van HVAC-installaties en industriële installaties.

  • hbo werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door een technische hbo-opleiding óf door relevante werkervaring
  • ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • passie voor het vak software engineering en je bent op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen Building en/of Industrial Automation
  • proceskennis van HVAC installaties en/of industriële installaties
  • ervaring met het programmeren van PLC systemen en/of visualisatie pakketten
  • kennis en ervaring met Codesys, Saia PG5, Siemens TIA Portal of iFix (SCADA) is een pré
  • communicatieve vaardigheid en je communiceert gemakkelijk in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • je komt met originele oplossingen, nieuwe ideeën, nieuwe toepassingen, alternatieve werkwijzen
  • je bent bereid je kennis te verbreden en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen door middel van cursussen of opleidingen

  • een salaris tussen de €3.300 en €4.200 bruto per maand op basis van jouw ervaring, exclusief vakantiegeld
