MATERIALS APPLICATION ENGINEER - AVIATION DOMAIN

La risorsa selezionata, all'interno di un team chiamato a fornire supporto ingegneristico a programmi di sviluppo relativi a Aero Engines/Gearboxes, ed in un contesto R&D tecnologicamente all'avanguardia, sarà coinvolta in attività di ricerca, analisi, test e caratterizzazione di materiali, verifica e validazione di processi di sviluppo per nuovi materiali, definizione delle specifiche tecniche di nuovi processi e trattamenti speciali, failure analysis/investigation su componenti danneggiati o non conformi, supporto alle operazioni di produzione; opererà in sinergia con gli altri dipartimenti tecnici coinvolti (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) e gestendo interfaccia tecnica con i fornitori.
La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Solida preparazione sui materiali metallici - acciai, leghe, ecc. - ed esperienza nello svolgimento di test di caratterizzazione;
- Esperienza, anche breve, maturata in attività di laboratorio (conoscenza di procedure, regolamenti, strumentazione, ecc.);
- Conoscenze, anche basiche, dei processi di rivestimento/trattamenti superficiali/additive manufacturing, così come di tematiche inerenti l'ambito delle turbomacchine, saranno considerate requisito preferenziale;
- Buon livello di inglese, scritto e parlato;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Completano il profilo ideale spiccate doti analitiche, di problem solving, organizzazione e metodo, orientamento al risultato in contesto lavorativo dinamico e caratterizzato da stringenti deadlines, affidabilità, attitudine al al lavoro in team nonché forti capacità di comunicazione e gestione delle relazioni, unitamente a flessibilità organizzativa e disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte.
Si valutano sia profili di brillanti neolaureati, interessati ad intraprendere un percorso professionale di tipo R&D in ambito scienza dei materiali, sia profili junior/intermediate con già all'attivo 1 – 2 anni di esperienza.
Per la natura dei progetti, è richiesto il possesso della cittadinanza europea.
