Orienta SpA Società Benefit filiale di Cuneo ricerca per realtà del territorio operante in ambito informatico un Business Technology Manager La figura ricercata avrà responsabilità di tipo strategico-operativo e dovrà  garantire l'efficienza e la scalabilità dei processi digitali, integrando tecnologia, dati e obiettivi di business. Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di: Gestione processi e flussi digitali: Creazione, monitoraggio e ottimizzazione dei flussi HubSpot (automation, CRM, sales e customer journey). Creazione di template, cruscotti e metriche per Sales, Customer, HubSpot e Management. Formazione interna sui flussi e sul corretto utilizzo di HubSpot. Creazione e gestione di flussi Brevo e altri strumenti di marketing automation. Creazione di automatismi e ottimizzazione dei tracciamenti (SDK, GTM). Operations e KPI: Gestione dei KPI aziendali e delle metriche chiave a livello amministrativo, sales, customer e prodotto. Supporto alla definizione della roadmap aziendale con il team di sviluppo. Creazione e invio di comunicazioni interne/esterne di aggiornamento prodotto. Monitoraggio performance su Apple Store & Google Play Console. Tecnologia e sviluppo Coordinamento con il team di sviluppo su roadmap, testing e QA. Gestione integrazioni con altri gestionali e strumenti esterni. Supervisione all'hardware (totem) utilizzato dall'azienda Supporto tecnico nella gestione del sito e delle infrastrutture digitali. Attività di supporto lato privacy & sicurezza informatica. Si richiedono: Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia Digitale o affini; esperienza di almeno 1-2 in ruoli simili (Business Operations, CRM Manager, Product Manager, Digital Ops); ottime doti di problem solving e approccio data-driven e capacità di coordinare team cross-funzionali .
