NoOffer DescriptionThe project aims to promote a professional culture based on reflection and intentional analysis of daily practices in services for children aged 0-6. Video analysis as a research and training tool highlights the complexity of educational interactions, care practices and organisational choices. The focus is on the integrated education and care system introduced by Decree Law 65/2017, involving educators, teachers and pedagogical coordinators. The objectives are to improve educational quality, promote continuity between services, strengthen the informed participation of families and develop a theoretical framework with observational-reflective tools.
