Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Italian SpeakerDepartment: SalesCompany: Leading Technology CompanyLocation: Remote (within Portugal)Start Date: 5th June 2025Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)Work Model: Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)Work Schedule Shifts: Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per weekSalary & Compensation Base Salary: 1,024 per 14 monthsPerformance Bonus: 225 per 12 monthsPosition Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 monthsAllowances & Benefits Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working dayTransport Allowance: 20 per monthHealth Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 monthsRelocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within PortugalYour Role As a Sales Support Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.What Youll Do Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshootingCommunicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social mediaTailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needsHandle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindsetLog and manage all customer interactions with attention to detailWho You Are Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred. Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools. Skilled in communication and multitasking.
