Production & Installation Engineer (m/f/d)

OverviewThe resource is needed in order to increase the capabilities of CIE Italy in terms of assyline/bench production coordination, debugging and on-site installation service coordination. In addition, this resource will give his contribution improving the “assistance reply time” for already installed assyline/bench; in fact this resource will be available in short time for on-site visit in order to look on problems and establish a clear commitment with customer, proposing also immediate solutions.Key responsibilitiesProvide technical guidance to ensure customer readiness and a smooth service implementation experience.Participate in planning meetings with customers/vendors.Ensure that all client questions and concerns are addressed and responded to in a professional, timely manner.Manage internal and external documentation.Willing to work in a team environment to support the in-house design and testing of automated material handling systems.Assist with the development of departmental standards and implement cost saving initiatives.Contribute towards creation and active role in validation of installation and service documentation along with education and training deliverables of the product.What Qualifications You Should HaveMechanical Engineering degree, Technical Diploma.A good experience of minimum 2 years in the same role in mechatronics companies is a must.Computer skills: MS Office/Solid EdgeFluent EnglishDesign of 3D/2D groupsGood Assembling methods Know HowGood mechanical machining Know HowTeam playerGoal achievement orientedProblem solvingFull Availability for national and international long-mid business trips#J-18808-Ljbffr
