At dentsu we are looking for a Data & Insight Lead to join our Merkle's Business Data Analytics team in Milan.The selected resource will be placed in a young, dynamic environment, with transversal skills and strongly based on teamwork, mutual collaboration and individual initiative. Together with the other team members, the candidate will manage and analyze data relating to digital marketing, customer CRMs, external data sources, develop machine learning algorithms and use various advanced analysis, information management and reporting tools.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding and analysis of business problems for resolution or optimization with analytical and statistical methods, with traditional and Big Data approachesDesign and implementation of complex analyses, from the analysis of customer requirements to the collection and presentation of resultsManagement and analysis of large amounts of data, with different tools and architectures (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Jupyter notebooks)Development, release and maintenance of machine learning models of different types and purposesInteraction with colleagues from other areas to identify problems that require solutions based on the use of dataRequirementsMaster's degree in mathematics, statistics or related disciplines5+ years of experience in the field of data analysis and modelingKnowledge of the principles of statistical modelling, with particular reference to clustering, classification and regression algorithmsKnowledge of at least one of the following data analysis languages: Python, R; very familiar with SQL usageExcellent communication and presentation skills of the activities carried out and the results obtainedGood knowledge of spoken and written EnglishThe ability to work in a team is fundamentalAdditional QualitiesAbility to work under strict deadlinePassion, creativity and enthusiasmDesire to get involved and to learnFlexibilityJob InformationSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Consulting and MarketingIndustries: Advertising Services and IT Services and IT ConsultingEmployment AdviceBeware of job scams.
