This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in HR or recruitment, looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.Onboarding CoordinationManage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including entering data into HR systems, preparing documentation, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.Act as the main point of contact for new joiners, providing clear communication and support throughout their onboarding journey.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Line Managers, Facilities, etc.) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Prepare and deliver onboarding communications and materials.Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentSupport the full recruitment cycle for intern and entry-level positions: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and recruitment events.Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.Intern & Administrative ManagementOversee administrative processes related to interns and contingents, including contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding.Monitor and track invoices, costs, and budgets related to recruitment activities.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Reporting & AnalysisCollect and analyze data on recruitment and onboarding effectiveness; prepare reports for management.1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Proficiency with MS Office Suite, knowledge of SAP Success Factors considered a plusDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.Excellent level of EnglishYou share our aim to awaken a better world every morning and have an affinity with our company Values: authenticity, passion for excellence, responsibility, and inventiveness (and if you’re a coffee lover....that helps)12 month fixed term contractHybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working)Company restaurant serviceAccess to our corporate gymA fast paced and dynamic international contextWhat nextOur Talent Acquisition Team will assess your application and if you have what we’re looking for, you'll be contacted for an initial interviewIf you make it to the short list, you’ll be interviewed by the Hiring Manager and if necessary, other members of the hiring panelIn some cases, you may be required to show us your skills via technical challenge.Who we areOur Group was founded in Turin in 1895, has been owned by the Lavazza family for four generations.
