OverviewOur client, Upsellon Group, is actively seeking a full-time remote role for an experienced and dynamic Amazon Brand Manager to lead and grow one of their brands, which currently boasts an impressive revenue of USD 6-7M annually. As the Brand Manager, you'll be the custodian of the brand's vision, driving its profitability, growth, and overall success.About the companyUpsellon Group is an innovative Amazon aggregator focused on acquiring and optimizing Amazon brands. Founded by eCommerce specialists with vast expertise in their fields, Upsellon’s vision is to revolutionize Amazon brands' growth through its intelligent platform. We leverage cutting-edge technology, incorporating machine learning and AI, to offer unmatched market insights, competitor and trend analysis, real-time product data, and more. We prioritize professionalism and unique strategies over generic market checklists, ensuring our brands maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.ResponsibilitiesBudget Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget for the brand, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns.Product Development: Ideate, develop, and launch new products for the brand, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and uphold the brand's reputation.Team Leadership: Oversee account managers, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and deliver on key metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to determine media budgets and PPC KPIs. Collaborate with the VP of Logistics to manage inventory effectively. Engage with our Art Director to ensure consistent and captivating brand visuals.Profitability Oversight: Own the profitability of the brand, constantly seeking ways to enhance margins while adhering to the set budget. Manage the brand as a profit center, ensuring optimal financial performance.Growth Strategy: Design and execute strategies aimed at expanding the brand's footprint, both in terms of products and market reach.Reporting: Present performance reports to senior management, offering insights and data-driven recommendations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.RequirementsProven 3 years experience in Amazon PL brand managementStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.Experience in product development and launching.Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing and growing teams.Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.Solid understanding of Amazon's marketplace, Amazon Algorithm, trends, and customer behaviors.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
