Head of Global Digital Data & Platforms (m/w/d)Join to apply for the Head of Global Digital Data & Platforms (m/w/d) role at Dr. SchärDr. Schär is a global community of innovative and collaborative people, free to think outside the box and to unlock their full potential in terms of creativity, capability, and courage.To support our growing company, we are currently looking for the Head of Global Digital Data & Platforms (m/w/d) .ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global digital strategy for Schär’s B2C environment, driving transformation and growth across all marketsSet goals, KPIs, and budgets , ensuring cost control and optimization for digital initiativesLead development and integration of digital platforms and tools (websites, apps, marketing automation, loyalty programs)Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and implement initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and retentionHarmonize platforms and processes across the global digital ecosystem for efficiency and qualityDeliver insights and reporting via dashboards on performance and digital asset health for internal stakeholdersBuild strong collaboration networks with local subsidiaries and global business units; facilitate knowledge sharingManage teams and vendors , leading ~10 people and ensuring timely, budget‑compliant project deliveryProfileMaster’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or equivalent7+ years of relevant work experience either client‑side or at digital agencies, preferably in the FMCG industry or lifestyleExperience with digital projects within CRM, websites and marketing automationDeep understanding of digital trends and innovationsAbility to lead, influence and work across different markets as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executivesHave managed digital partners and programs across multiple geographiesFluent in English and preferably in German and/or ItalianGlobal Mindset: Working in an international environmentPerfect Start: An individual "Onboarding Program" and support from your buddyFood: An in‑house canteen, fresh fruit and snacksChildcare: An in‑house daycare center and "Dr. Schär Kids Care"Family: workplace recognized with the 'auditfamilieundberuf' certificateFlexibility: Life‑phase‑oriented work with flexible working hours and smart workingLong Term Wellbeing: Health and pension fund and in‑house fitness programGrowth: Dr. Schär Academy with a variety of training opportunities and language programsMagic Moments: Company parties, events, and giftsWe look forward to receiving your online application or via WhatsAppSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionMarketing#J-18808-Ljbffr
