To support our growing company, we are currently looking for the Head of Global Digital Data & Platforms (m/w/d) . Responsibilities Define and execute global digital strategy for Schär’s B2C environment, driving transformation and growth across all markets Set goals, KPIs, and budgets , ensuring cost control and optimization for digital initiatives Lead development and integration of digital platforms and tools (websites, apps, marketing automation, loyalty programs) Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and implement initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and retention Harmonize platforms and processes across the global digital ecosystem for efficiency and quality Deliver insights and reporting via dashboards on performance and digital asset health for internal stakeholders Build strong collaboration networks with local subsidiaries and global business units; facilitate knowledge sharing Manage teams and vendors , leading ~10 people and ensuring timely, budget‑compliant project delivery Profile Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or equivalent 7+ years of relevant work experience either client‑side or at digital agencies, preferably in the FMCG industry or lifestyle Experience with digital projects within CRM, websites and marketing automation Deep understanding of digital trends and innovations Ability to lead, influence and work across different markets as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executives Have managed digital partners and programs across multiple geographies Fluent in English and preferably in German and/or Italian Global Mindset: Working in an international environment Perfect Start: An individual "Onboarding Program" and support from your buddy Food: An in‑house canteen, fresh fruit and snacks Childcare: An in‑house daycare center and "Dr. Schär Kids Care" Family: workplace recognized with the 'auditfamilieundberuf' certificate Flexibility: Life‑phase‑oriented work with flexible working hours and smart working Long Term Wellbeing: Health and pension fund and in‑house fitness program Growth: Dr. Schär Academy with a variety of training opportunities and language programs Magic Moments: Company parties, events, and gifts We look forward to receiving your online application or via WhatsApp Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
