We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value, multinational clients. You’ll act as a strategic partner, driving client success through consultative account growth, executive engagement, and innovative localization and AI‑powered solutions. This is a client‑facing, enterprise‑focused role that thrives at the intersection of technology, language, and strategy. We are offering an on‑site position Rome, Italy (preferred) or anywhere in the EU (except UK). Responsibilities Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise and multinational clients, focusing on long‑term growth, retention, and satisfaction. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning Translated’s services and technology with client goals. Identify account growth opportunities through upselling, cross‑selling, and renewals. Orchestrate complex, multi‑departmental programs across regions, ensuring seamless delivery. Develop a deep understanding of client organizations, market dynamics, and business priorities. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to deliver innovative localization and AI‑driven solutions. Monitor account performance, revenue forecasts, and KPIs, reporting to senior leadership. Champion continuous improvement, client feedback, and innovation within accounts. Requirements 8+ years of experience in account management, enterprise relationship management, or customer success. 3+ years of experience in the localization, translation, or language services industry (required). Proven success managing complex, multinational accounts and growing enterprise revenue portfolios. Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value‑based approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural relationship‑building skills. Familiarity with localization platforms, AI‑assisted translation tools, or enterprise TMS solutions is a plus. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, finance, legal) is a plus. Fluent in English; Italian fluency is an advantage. Occasional international travel to Rome required; valid passport necessary.
