Digital Services Product ManagerNumero lavoro CGS12880 Nazione Italia Sede : COESIA Città BolognaAbout the CompanyA group of innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions companies operating globally, headquartered in Bologna, Italy.Coesia’s companies are leaders in automation solutions for multiple industries, ranging from automated processing and packaging machinery, testing and vision systems, to digital printing technologies, factory flow solutions and high-performance transmissions.Our customers include leading players in Consumer Goods, Healthcare & Pharma, Tobacco, Ceramic Tiles, Luxury Goods, Aerospace, Racing & Automotive, Electronics.Coesia operates in 36 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2023.About the RoleThe Digital Services Product Manager, directly reporting to the Digital Services Manager, plays a pivotal role in designing, launching, and optimizing digital products and services in strong collaboration with Business and Digital & ICT functions.As a key role, it demands strong product management, project coordination, and strategic thinking skills, along with expertise in digital service processes and customer experience, ultimately driving business success by creating valuable and engaging digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport to Product Vision and StrategyWithin the global Coesia Customer Service strategy, supports the definition and refinement of the product vision and strategy for Digital Service design, based on customer needs, user feedback, business goals and market trends. Prioritize features and functionalities based on such vision.Identify target audiences, market needs, and potential opportunities to drive product growth.Product Roadmap ManagementDevelop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Prioritize features and improvements, balancing business needs with user requirements.Customer-Centric FocusEnsure that digital services are built with a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences. This includes deep knowledge of customer processes and capabilities in gathering feedback, conducting user research, and iterating on features to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Boost services awareness and support digital services promotion to the Coesia Companies.Profitability and GrowthWork with Company sales and marketing teams to maximize product adoption and revenue potential.Drive growth through innovative features, pricing guidelines, cost&profitability analysis (business case creation).Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as the bridge among Business functions, Digital & ICT development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Communicate product progress, updates, and results to internal stakeholders, aligning them on product goals, priorities, and timelines.Service Lifecycle ManagementFrom ideation to launch and beyond, oversee the entire lifecycle of the Coesia digital Services, ensuring they are continuously improved, scaled, and adapted to changing customer needs and market dynamics.Data-Driven Decision MakingUtilize analytics and data to monitor the performance and user engagement of digital services, track KPIs, and make informed decisions on product improvements, user experience enhancements, and feature additions.Customer Experience (UX) and Design OversightWork with design teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.Advocate for UX / UI improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.Continuous Improvement and InnovationStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor product, ensuring that Coesia Digital Service proposal remains innovative and competitive.Identify new opportunities for product innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge.What You Need to Be SuccessfulDegree in engineering, business / economics, or a related field. Additional education in product management, digital transformation, or data analytics can be beneficial.At least 5 years of experience in roles related to data-driven services, product management, customer service, digital transformation. Experience in cross-functional leadership and project execution is also required. Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.Core skills Product strategy and vision : ability to define and prioritize advanced digital service features aligned with Company and Customer needs and business goals.Requirement gathering and communication : expertise in collecting business requirements from companies and customers and translating them into clear and actionable specifications for software development teams.Business models : ability to create complex cost models, define value-based pricing strategies (incl. -aaS), and develop sustainable business models to ensure long-term profitability and market relevance. Expertise in discussing, defining and validating business cases with Companies to support project viability and strategic decisions.Marketing Content Generation : ability to communicate the value of digital services to the Marketing Communication department, helping define key promotional content that highlights customer and market benefits, fostering sales promotion.Technical and Analytical Acumen Digital Services Knowledge : understanding of technologies related to digital services, such as condition monitoring, adaptive scheduling, remote assistance, IoT-enabled solutions, etc.Information technology fundamentals and digital attitudeVisual Communication : experience with tools like Figma or similar to visually convey product features and workflows.Interpersonal and Leadership SkillsCustomer-Centric Approach : strong customer interaction skills to understand and anticipate user needs.Collaboration and Facilitation : effective communication with cross-functional teams in International environments, including software developers, Customers, Companies, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth implementation.Problem-Solving and Adaptability Decision-Making : ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.Agile Methodologiesfamiliarity with Agile and Scrum processes to coordinate iterative development cycles and deliver high-quality solutions may be beneficial.Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks associated with the digital service, whether they’re related to technology, user experience, or business models.Proactively address potential issues that may arise during development or post-launch.Domain Knowledge (preferred) Industry Expertise : Understanding of manufacturing business and packaging machinery and its digital services landscape to align project goals with business objectives.Professional knowledge of the English language.Join the TeamCoesia is an equal opportunity employer and embraces diversity and inclusion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
