Luogo di lavoro : Parma Orario di lavoro : Full time. Di cosa ti occuperai? Come Sales Customer Team Assistant verrai inserito nel team Italy Customer Management con l’obiettivo di supportare il team commerciale, fornendo assistenza operativa e amministrativa per le attività commerciali e contribuendo allo sviluppo dei piani di categoria. Gestirai i processi transazionali legati a pricing e fatturazione, reportistica e sistemi per l’execution in store. Nello specifico ti occuperai di : analisi vendite e reporting tramite sistemi BI, SIE e fonti esterne (es. Nielsen); supporto all’analisi di categoria per individuare gap e opportunità; comunicazione con la forza vendita su iniziative promozionali e assortimenti; gestione documentale, archiviazione e preparazione report, presentazioni e analisi; pianificazione e gestione promozioni e prezzi tramite SAP; gestione reclami amministrativi da parte dei clienti; contatto principale per comunicazioni interne ed esterne relative alle attività del ruolo. Quali requisiti stiamo cercando? Laurea in economia è considerata un plus; conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B2; esperienza nella gestione di attività amministrative e operative; ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office e SAP; capacità analitiche.
