We are committed to supporting your growth and career journey every step of the way, and this is your opportunity to take charge of your career path.We are currently looking for aGrid Project Managerto join our M Renewables team inMilan , part of our Italian subsidiary.Your role will encompass:Follow up the connection process with grid operators.Supervise the grid connection process, providing technical advice and strategic direction to the Development Team.Support the preparation of tender processes for the grid interconnection works, including establishing scope of work, reviewing responses and selecting contractors.Develop effective relationships with potential contractors, suppliers, and consultants.Qualification of contractors, suppliers, and consultants.Evaluation of offers and follow‑up in the tendering process.Support preparation of contracts to ensure works are executed in accordance with METKA‑EGN’s requirements.Functional coordination with internal departments (finance, legal, technical, procurement, etc.) involved in project assessment, due diligence, or implementation.Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and techniques to optimize grid connection solutions.Estimate costs and schedule activities of grid interconnections works.Review of Quality Control Plan and Inspection Points Program of EPC/subcontractors.Perform site surveys and audits during construction.Manage and supervise engineering and construction of Grid Connection Works, coordinating with Project Managers and Site Engineers.Participate in relevant phases of commissioning.What you bring to the role:BSc/MEng; a Civil and/or Electrical Engineering background is an advantage.MEng is an advantage.Minimum 3 years of track record in project management of grid works.Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Engineering is an advantage.Track record in the construction of HV substations is an advantage.Track record in the construction of grid works with E‑distribuzione is an advantage.Knowledge of the Italian Grid Connection Process (and the TICA) is an advantage.Experience in the construction of renewable plants (solar, wind & batteries) is an advantage.Knowledge of AUTOCAD.Working experience in Italy.Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.If you are ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to our mission of creating a sustainable future, we encourage you to apply for this exciting internal opportunity.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustries: Renewable Energy & Semiconductor Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
