Collaboriamo a stretto contatto con le società del gruppo per individuare le migliori opportunità di gara, garantire la compliance documentale, e assicurare efficienza e qualità in tutte le fasi del processo.Responsibilities Senior figure with solid experience in tender management, capable of working autonomously and serving as a technical and operational reference for the group companies.Strategic monitoring and analysis of tender opportunities – proactive identification of public and private tenders aligned with group activities; in-depth procedure analysis; consultative support to agencies in feasibility evaluation and participation planning.Complete tender documentation management – requirement analysis, preparation of administrative and technical documentation; coordination with internal teams for offer material collection; compliance verification, drafting of DGUE, self-certifications, contracts, and supplementary documents; handling clarification requests during tender phases.Portal and procurement process management – supervision and updating of company profiles on e‑procurement platforms (MEPA, Sintel, Consip, AgID, etc.); documentation upload and constant monitoring of deadlines and outcomes; support agencies in resolving operational issues related to portals and digital tender systems.Internal coordination and consultancy – direct interface with group companies for planning and supporting tender participation; maintaining constant relationships with internal contacts for consistency and timeliness; contributing to the development of guidelines, models, and procedures to standardize and optimize tender processes.Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in legal, economic, or managerial disciplines (preferably legal or related). Minimum 4–5 years of experience in comparable roles within structured contexts (companies, central contracting, law, communication or consulting agencies). In-depth knowledge of public and private tender procedures and the Public Contracts Code (D.Lgs. 36/2023). Direct experience managing complex tender documentation, including European tenders (TED, SIMAP).Technical skills: Proficiency with e‑procurement platforms (MEPA, Sintel, Consip, etc.); familiarity with ANAC procedures and Consip/AgID guidelines; excellent Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management tools.Soft skills: Excellent organizational abilities, precision and result orientation; consultative attitude and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders; autonomy, sense of responsibility, and teamwork in multidisciplinary settings; preference for candidates with communication or agency background, familiar with project sector timelines and language.Benefits Full‑time contract with hybrid mode.Salary commensurate with experience.Dynamic context with continuous collaboration across areas.Opportunity to contribute to the development of group tender processes and become a reference point for group companies.Stimulating work environment based on trust, collaboration, and professional growth.Location Milano – Piazza OberdanLa ricerca è rivolta a candidati dell'uno e dell'altro sesso ai sensi del D.Lgs. 198/2006#J-18808-Ljbffr
