Today it is positioned as the Italian and Global healthtech operating system.How you’ll contribute We are seeking aMarketing Operations Analystto support our business growth by optimizing lead management processes and improving marketing‑to‑sales conversion efficiency.The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuratetracking and handling of marketing-generated leads, facilitating alignment between Marketing and Sales teams , andcontributing to the continuous improvement of conversion rates throughout the funnel .Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure theaccurate qualification, assignment, and follow-up of leadsacross all funnel stages.Analyze marketing and sales performance datato identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.Collaborate closely with the Sales teamto ensure timely follow-up on leads and effective management of longer sales cycles.Develop and maintainreports and dashboardstracking key performance indicators (lead generation, MQL, SQL, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, etc.).Design and optimizelead management workflows and operational processesto enhance efficiency and data accuracy.Manage and continuously improveCRM and marketing automation systems , ensuring data integrity and alignment across teams.We are looking forBachelor’s degreein Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.2–3 years of experiencein Marketing Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.Strong understanding of marketing performance and conversion metrics(CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL, ROI, conversion rate, etc.).Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or SalesforceStronganalytical mindsetwith excellent attention to detail.Ability to work collaborativelyin cross‑functional environments.Fluency inEnglish(written and spoken).What We OfferTotal compensation aligned with your experienceWelfare for you and your familyTickets restaurantSmartworking policy 50%, based in RomeGrowth opportunities in a top‑tier Tech Healthcare environmentSelection processPhone/video screening with HRInterview with Lead Generation Marketing Manager and Sales Excellence ManagerInterview with Head of MarketingSeniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Full-timeJob function MarketingIndustries Software DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at MioDottore by 2xGet notified about new Marketing Operations Analyst jobs inRome, Latium, Italy .#J-18808-Ljbffr
