Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, order processing, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through our support systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers seeking assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in remote settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
  • A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and building relationships.
