SALES SUPPORT OFFICER ENGIE Italia invites applications for the Sales Support Officer position, based in Milan as part of the Supply & Energy Management (S&EM) business unit. What you will do Follow up and monitor hedging activities for national and international industrial customers (B2B markets). Interface and cooperate with internal teams: Regulatory function to incorporate ARERA updates into billing systems. Billing team for IT evolutions driven by business or regulatory changes. Finance area for monthly closing checks. IT department for management and continuous improvement of internal tools. Credit risk and KYC‑AML teams. Track monthly gas and energy efficiency index updates and report into billing IT systems. Calculate final energy prices for invoicing and update internal CRM. Manage client relationships, resolving technical bill/contract queries. Maintain the IT portal for customer support, including contract creation, updates, and data monitoring. Produce forecast analyses and final reports for portfolio clients. About You Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support roles within the energy commodity sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in the Office suite; Power BI knowledge is a plus. High level of analytical and data management competence. Innovative, digitally oriented mindset. Adaptable, quick learner. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
