Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with our biggest clients, in-market sales, headquarter product and European product marketing teams in a high growth environment.An ability to self‑motivate, prioritise and influence partners and clients are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing role.ResponsibilitiesOwn products GTM and adoption for all of TikTok's advertising solutionsBecome the in‑market product expert by partnering closely with sales team to deeply understand customer pain points, vertical needs and business requirementsEnsure a market and vertical‑first approach is taken in all go‑to‑market, identify opportunities to make strategic recommendations, and scale these across the sales teamCollaborate with XFN teams to generate full‑funnel vertical strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages and product recommendationsDevelop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledgeDevelop and execute in‑market programs and initiatives to grow product adoption and revenue and partner with a range of cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless execution against this strategyAct as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutionsMinimum QualificationsExtensive experience working within media in a marketing or product marketing capacityStrong knowledge of media sales and marketing processesStrong knowledge of the local market and agencies ecosystemA fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
