You will be responsible for onboarding, enabling, and managing partners to ensure successful delivery of software solutions that drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on partner engagement, requiring strong cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams. You will define partner strategies, certification programs, and governance frameworks while ensuring partners consistently deliver high‑quality implementations.
