Facilities Supervisor – CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. This position is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on the operations of a set of assets and providing support to Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Do Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's upholding CBRE's RISE values Manage day to day operations of sites under the supervision of the Facilities Manager Manage ticketing for maintenance (preventive and corrective) using SI7 Coordinate client performance reviews against output on a monthly basis Provide professional advice to clients on FM matters associated with the sites Ensure adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and procedures Manage suppliers who support the sites and establish contracts and POs Identify and document opportunities for additional works to generate revenue for the company Demonstrate strong teamwork with a passionate customer‑service focus Ensure all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are in place at sites within remit Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls What You’ll Need High School Diploma or higher in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or related field) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role Strong understanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and operational workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking tools Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English Strong organizational skills with a proactive and analytical mindset Proven problem‑solving abilities Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑SeniorEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
