Join to apply for the Facilities Coordinator role at CBRE .Location: Bergamo, Lombardia, ItalyAbout the Role As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.What You’ll Do Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's upholding CBRE’s RISE valuesManage day to day operations of site under supervision of Facilities ManagerManage ticketing for maintenance (preventive and corrective) using SI7Coordinate client performance reviews against output on a monthly basisProvide professional advice to client on FM matters associated with the site(s)Responsible for adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and proceduresManage suppliers who support the site(s) and establish contracts and POsEnsure opportunities for additional works are identified and documented for revenue generation for companyStrong team player with a passionate customer service focusEnsure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site(s) within remitFollow required emergency prevention and operational controlsWhat You’ll Need High School Diploma or higher in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or related field)Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar roleStrong understanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and operational workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Basic knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking toolsExcellent communication skills in both Italian and EnglishStrong organizational skills with a proactive and analytical mindsetProven problem-solving abilitiesSolid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
