What You’ll DoOur Technology Advisory team provides independent expertise that enables executives to drive value from Technology and enhancing business performance. We leverage extensive expertise to deliver rapid and sustainable impact across: Digital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability and governance design Product strategy and innovation, assisting our clients with the strategy and execution Technology investment roadmaps and value creation plans Technology cost reduction, outsourcing and end to end Transformation Technology assessments leading to possible re-platforming, rationalization and consolidation activities Technology due diligence, carve-out, and merger integration planning and execution IT crisis management and project turnaround This description is not designed to encompass a comprehensive listing of required activities, duties or responsibilities. What You’ll Need Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Holding an MBA is considered a plus 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting or IT operations Preferably you will have a mix of consulting and industry experience, with an ability to deliver small projects and/or working across multiple workstreams of larger projects IT knowledge and practical experience within Digital, Technology or IT of one or more of the following areas: IT software delivery, IT infrastructure and operations, solutions architecture, IT governance (audit, risk, compliance, security) and/or IT project management Experience of implementing projects in a variety of environments, using different methodologies and frameworks You demonstrate a keen personal interest in Technology and Digital and remain up to date in the latest trends and potential impacts on industry You are passionate about driving IT effectiveness and enabling clients to achieve their business objectives You are confident when collaborating with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers Excellent communication and presentation capabilities and ability to communicate effectively at CXO and Senior levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacy Knowledge or experience in M&A situations an advantage Ability and willingness to travel across EMEA Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday Must become familiar with, and promote and abide by, our Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners’ Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization The firm offers market-leading benefits that provide flexible options to support our employee’s needs including health benefits to help prioritise their physical and emotional well-being, time-off policies to help to recharge and financial/ retirement benefits that offer income protection and support long-term planning.The benefit type and level differ per location.AlixPartners is an equal opportunity employer.
