At Right at Home, we are committed to providing exceptional in-home care and support services to seniors and adults with disabilities. We are currently looking for a Client Service Officer to join our dedicated and growing team.As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and families. You’ll play a key role in coordinating care services, building strong relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery that aligns with Right at Home’s values.Key responsibilities include:Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate service informationCoordinating and scheduling care services based on client needsMonitoring service delivery and following up on client feedbackSupporting new client onboarding and assessment processesMaintaining client files and care documentation in compliance with company standardsWorking closely with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service deliveryQualificationsCertificate III or IV in Aged Care, Community Services, Health Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing, administrative, or coordination role (preferably in aged care or disability services)Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (if travel is required)Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Preferred SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindsetExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systemsCompassionate, respectful, and professional demeanorAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesA genuine passion for helping others and improving lives through quality care#J-18808-Ljbffr
