We are currently seeking aCustomer Relationship Officer to focus on developing and enhancing client experiences. You will make a Meaningful Impact and be a key point of contact for clients, handling each interaction with empathy, consistency, and professionalism. Your care and attention will directly shape each client’s experience and well-being. You will be part of a Supportive Team Culture, and we encourage our team to take ownership of their role with integrity, always aiming to support each other and our clients. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A passion for helping others and enhancing the lives of clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing information about services, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating matters as necessary. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs and ensure their care plans are being met. Documentation: Accurately record client interactions, updates, and feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with care staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and a holistic approach to client care.
