Chapter Hotels Italia is dedicated to offering unique and enriching travel experiences.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on‑site role for a Resort Manager located in Cavriglia. The Resort Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing property staff, budgeting, and hiring, as well as maintaining high standards for guest experiences. The role requires a proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.Strong background in F&B operations is necessary in order to manage the different outlets.The Resort Manager will report directly to the Cluster General Manager.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsStrong background in F&B operationsExperience in Property Management, Budgeting and Cost control.Hiring and staff management skillsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fieldSettore: Hotel/TurismoRuolo: Middle e Top Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
