Featuring two properties at present, Chapter Roma opened in 2019 and Chapter Chianti is due to open at the beginning of 2026. Chapter Hotels Italia is dedicated to offering unique and enriching travel experiences. Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for a Resort Manager located in Cavriglia. The Resort Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing property staff, budgeting, and hiring, as well as maintaining high standards for guest experiences. The role requires a proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service. Strong background in F&B operations is necessary in order to manage the different outlets. The Resort Manager will report directly to the Cluster General Manager. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong background in F&B operations Experience in Property Management, Budgeting and Cost control. Hiring and staff management skills Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field Settore: Hotel/Turismo Ruolo: Middle e Top Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
