In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the efforts of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining robust relationships with existing clients. Your strategic initiatives will directly contribute to the growth and revenue targets set forth by the management team. By guiding the growth strategy and operational efficiency, you will play a vital part in positioning our partner for success in securing future contracts. Collaboration with leadership and cross‑functional teams will be essential as you work to optimize processes and improve profit margins. Responsibilities AccountabilitiesLead the capture planning and proposal process. Facilitate Business Development meetings with leadership. Develop and maintain the company pipeline database. Research and analyze government procurement opportunities. Maintain business pipeline profiles and internal databases. Conduct gate reviews and qualify opportunities. Develop proposals and client solutions to enhance win probability. Coordinate and manage capability statements and proposals. Build and maintain client partnerships. Attend marketing and outreach events. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree required; Master\'s degree preferred. 10+ years of Business Development experience. 5+ years in a managerial role focused on federal contracts. Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaboratively achieve project goals. Competence in government contracting and delivery. Experience with FAR and relevant technical areas. Strong analytical skills for opportunity assessment.
