SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE L'Education & Community Specialist è responsabile della creazione di una community all’interno della struttura, come fattore distintivo e di business. Deve occuparsi della gestione del rapporto con il cliente in room, supportando il/ la Resident Manager nelle attività di controllo della qualità, garantendo standard di servizio adeguati sia per la clientela che per le esigenze del business. Deve occuparsi di risolvere le problematiche che riguardano la vita dei nostri clienti in modo professionale, preciso e puntuale garantendo la soddisfazione del cliente, favorendo la diffusione del Fattore Camplus come elemento distintivo del business dell’azienda. Deve essere di supporto all’attività commerciale per brevi e lunghe permanenze sia in rapporto alla sede centrale sia in rapporto allo staff in loco. MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITÀ Favorire la creazione di una community attraverso la conoscenza dei clienti, la creazione di uno staff, l’ideazione di eventi e attività con i clienti e nel rispetto del budget; Accogliere i clienti ed assicurarsi periodicamente del loro grado di soddisfazione; Assicurare un'eccellente esperienza di servizio al cliente anche nella gestione di richieste e lamentele; Collaborare con l’ufficio centrale sulle procedure di vendita; Supportare il team locale con la propria presenza nella struttura.
