What will you do?Manage the Process / Continuous improvement program within the global Cooling business Work with the Leadership to develop strategy and identify opportunity for continuous improvement Implement continuous improvement by using \"Lean Six Sigma\" and others methodologies Roll out the prevention based on lessons learned Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit to customers and business bottom line Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable Coach the teams to ensure that the organization is a highly motivated and competent and lives the quality and process improvement culture Share and replicate the Best Practices of Continuous Improvement Network continuously with Continuous Improvement community What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Undergraduate degree in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing Lean 6 Sigma Green / Black Belt or Lean Expert / Master experience preferable 8+ years experience in Quality / Continuous Improvement / Engineering / Manufacturing Customer Oriented mindset What we offerYou can look forward to growing your career in a dynamic workplace with significant personal responsibility and flexible working models to ensure the right work / life balance.
