You'll work with very advanced techniques including fine‑tuning, In‑Context Learning (ICL), and various prompt optimization approaches. You'll balance independent work with team collaboration, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve our systems to enhance the customer experience. Basic Qualifications Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object‑oriented design Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Experience working on Machine Learning applications Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 19,166 monthly. Compensation may include signing bonus, restricted stock units, and other benefits such as health insurance, pension plans, life and disability insurance, business travel, professional development, commuter benefits, and employee assistance programs.
