You'll have opportunities to grow your expertise in fine‑tuning, In‑Context Learning, and prompt optimization in a supportive environment that values diverse perspectives and innovative thinking.Basic QualificationsKnowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellenceExperience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object‑oriented designExperience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systemsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentExperience working on Machine Learning applicationsExperience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffsAbility to effectively communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across all levels of the organizationThe minimum base pay for this position is PLN 19,166 monthly.
