Role Description As an Access Network Engineer in the Technology & Security Team, your responsibilities include: Define technology requirements in collaboration with business lines and IT. Scout solution options. Design and document solutions to be implemented. Plan, schedule and control projects, coordinating suppliers and internal resources. Support validation and deployment of services and the post‑deployment assurance phase. Collaborate with Cybersecurity to implement countermeasures that strengthen security against proactive and risk/vulnerability assessments. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s in scientific disciplines (e.g., Computer Engineering, Telecommunications). At least 3 years of experience in a Service Provider role. Strong networking skills (MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, EVPN) and design/implementation of network solutions. Knowledge of access technologies (GPON, xDSL) and vendor management systems. Understanding of AAA protocols/architectures (PPPoE, DHCP/IPoE, Radius, LDAP). Basic cybersecurity knowledge. Excellent English proficiency. Motivation to reach personal and group objectives. Flexibility and client focus. Preferred Qualifications Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIx). Experience with testing tools (Spirent Test Center). Programming/scripting skills (Python, Perl). Automation, AI and DevOps project experience.
