The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.He/She reports to Bar Manager.Main duties & responsibilities:Fulfill the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere, establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries;Plan, organize, and control the operations of a bar;To monitor stock levels, paying particular attention to use-by-dates on perishable goods, and order replacement deliveries as required;Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders;Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies;Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Bar Manager and/or Restaurant Manager;Brings suggestions for improvement;Notify Bar Manager or Manager-on-Duty any time a guest is not completely satisfied with their experience.RequirementsPrepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferencesInteract with customers in a professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendationsMaintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and equipmentMonitor and manage inventory of spirits, beer, wine, and other bar suppliesAdhere to all food and beverage safety and sanitation regulationsCollaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless customer experienceBe knowledgeable about current drink trends and classic cocktailsBenefitsWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
