For Season 2026, we are looking for a Bartender to join our Villa Beatrice team. Responsibilities Fulfill bar operations, assisting with service, set‑up, mise en place and cleaning, according to Belmond policies, high standards and procedures. Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere, establishing and maintaining good relationships with all guests and handling requests and enquiries. Plan, organise, and control the operations of a bar. Monitor stock levels, paying particular attention to use‑by‑dates on perishable goods, and order replacement deliveries as required. Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the Villa Manager. Bring suggestions for improvement. Requirements Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability. Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork and proactively help others. Drive results: set clear goals and expectations and maximise resource allocation to achieve them. Be capable of advising on best‑selling prices and reviewing regularly according to the Bar Manager's instructions. Previous deluxe hotel & bar experience in the same position. Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred. Exceptional customer service skills. Very presentable and well‑groomed. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both with guests and colleagues. Detail and guest‑care oriented. Benefits We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo – Level 4, Bartender. Start date: April/May 2026 – End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path. Monthly gross salary based on seniority and skill level, with separate payslips for the 13th, 14th and TFR. Accommodations in our staff house including breakfast. Bus ticket as a benefit for the contract period. Staff cantine.
