Partner with the best As Technical Manager DTI – Pump Water Solutions, you will be responsible for: Provide technical support to the Commercial Manager and Application Engineer in defining the most suitable solutions for customer needs. Lead product design optimization initiatives with a strong focus on cost-out and continuous improvement. Define and select the technical properties of products included in the new Pump Water Solutions business portfolio. Manage and optimize customer technical specifications , ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design-to-market activities and accelerate time-to-market for new solutions. Offer technical leadership and make strategic engineering decisions to support business growth. Actively contribute to building the team and shaping technical and commercial processes from the ground up. Attend Customer meetings/events to lead the technical expertise and know how about Pump Water Solutions business Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: MSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Proven experience with rotating equipment , preferably in the water and energy sectors. Fluent in English , both written and spoken. Proficiency with technical design tools and CAD/CAE software. Knowledge of international standards and regulations related to pumps, water, and energy systems. Availability to travel to attend Customer meetings/events useful to close deals/negotiations Soft Skills Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration mindset. Ability to manage complex challenges with an analytical and solution-oriented approach. Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to contribute to building a new business . Proactive attitude, decision-making autonomy , and technical leadership capabilities.
