Hospitality Manager – Luxury Yachting

Star Yacht Group is seeking an experienced Yacht Concierge to deliver bespoke, high-level hospitality services for luxury yachts and VIP guests.This role is central to creating seamless, personalized guest experiences, both onboard and ashore, ensuring exceptional service standards throughout the charter. The Yacht Concierge acts as a trusted point of contact for guests, coordinating itineraries, shore excursions, reservations, and special requests , with a proactive and anticipatory approach. Key Responsibilities Guest Services & Experience: Anticipate guest needs, manage VIP requirements, and provide tailored recommendations Shore Excursions & Activities: Research, plan, and book local tours, restaurants, transportation, and exclusive experiences, acting as a destination expert Arrival & Departure Management: Oversee guest arrivals and departures, including greetings, cabin checks, and luggage coordination Onboard Logistics: Liaise with the interior and stewardess team to coordinate special requests, events, and celebrations Communication & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for guests, handle inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality (5-star hotel, luxury resort, ultra-luxury cruise, or yachting) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong local knowledge of destinations, restaurants, and activities Proficiency with booking systems and concierge tools Fluent English required; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) are highly valued High level of discretion, attention to detail, and guest-focused mindset Working Environment Fast-paced, high-pressure charter operations Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and late hours What We Offer Work within the Luxury Yachting & Hospitality sector International and dynamic working environment Opportunity to deliver truly bespoke guest experiences Competitive compensation based on experience Full-time role with seasonal or permanent contract/smart working Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
