Provisioning & F&B Coordinator – Luxury Yachting (Porto Cervo, Sardinia)

Star Yacht Group is looking for an experienced Yacht Provisioner to support luxury yachts with high-end food, beverage, and household provisioning services.
This role is essential in ensuring seamless logistics, premium quality standards, and just-in-time deliveries for charter guests and crew.
The Yacht Provisioner acts as a trusted logistics and service partner for chefs, stewardesses, and captains, managing complex and time-sensitive orders in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Purchasing: Select and procure premium food, beverages, and specialty products, including organic and dietary-specific items (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)
Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate, pack, and deliver supplies to yachts, ensuring proper handling of perishable and temperature-sensitive goods
Cold Chain Management: Maintain strict cold chain logistics from supplier to onboard delivery
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventories for both guest and crew needs to avoid shortages
Client Partnership: Act as a concierge-style partner, anticipating the needs of chefs and chief stewardesses
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the highest standards of freshness and luxury yachting expectations
Last-Minute Requests: Handle urgent and complex orders with efficiency and flexibility
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong product knowledge of fine food, beverages, produce, and specialty dietary requirements
Experience in yacht provisioning, F&B logistics, hospitality, or catering
Proven ability to manage high-volume and last-minute orders
Knowledge of cold chain logistics and handling of perishable goods
Excellent communication and coordination skills with crew members
High level of organization, adaptability, and attention to detail
Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy and manual tasks
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
