- InSeason(April-November|Salina):Leadthedailyoperationtoelevateourguestexperience.Inthemorningsync,orchestratereception,alignkitchenandhousekeepingstaffanddata,andensureeveryguestnuanceisexecutedwithoutfriction.
- TheEvolution(Winter&Beyond|FullyRemote):Rebuildtheoperationalblueprint,strategies,templates,standards,andtraining,fromwhereveryouchoosetolive.Crucially,aftercompletingyourfirstseasonimmersedinislandlife,youwillbringfresh,progressiveideasdirectlytotheownerstokeepPrincipediSalinaoneofthemostexcitinghotelexperiencesinEurope.
