Talent aquisition specialist-Psicologo abilitato Adecco Fashion&Design è alla ricerca, per conto di prestigioso Brand del Lusso, di un/a La risorsa farà parte del Team di Vendita della boutique di Galleria Vittorio Emanuele a Milano e si occuperà di accompagnare i clienti durante l'esperienza d'acquisto e di far scoprire loro il valore del brand e della sua offerta. La persona lavorerà per garantire un ottimo livello di Client Experience e costruire un pacchetto clienti fidelizzato implementando le attività di CRM. Il monitoraggio dei KPI sarà attività quotidiana. Requisiti richiesti: Almeno 7 anni di esperienza in ruoli di vendita in contesti luxury Familiarità con la vendita di abbigliamento e accessori di lusso Orientamento al lavoro di squadra e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi Ottime capacità relazionali e di adattamento a diversi target di clientela Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore). La conoscenza di ulteriori lingue sarà considerata un plus.
