Synergie Italia divisione specializzata #HOBE seleziona per albergo in zona Roma centro: SOUS CHEF FULL TIME Riferendosi direttamente al Capo Chef, la risorsa dovrà: Dirigere la preparazione dei cibi e collaborare con l'Executive Chef. Aiutare nella progettazione del menù. Supervisionare il personale di cucina. Aiutare con la pianificazione del menù, inventario e gestione delle forniture. Assicurare che il cibo sia di alta qualità e che la cucina sia in buone condizioni come previsto dalle leggi HACCP. Mantenere le stazioni pulite e conformi agli standard di sicurezza alimentare. Offrire suggerimenti e idee creative che possono migliorare le prestazioni della cucina. Pianificare i turni del personale secondo le esigenze dell' Executive Chef. Ordinare forniture alimentari secondo procedure standard. Monitorare e mantenere attrezzature da cucina. Conoscenza di vari metodi di cottura, ingredienti e procedure Certificato HACCP Esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno nell'hotellerie / settore alberghiero Luogo di lavoro: Roma centro Contratto full time a tempo determinato 1 mese - possibilità di proroga per ulteriori 2 mesi al fine di un inserimento diretto Livello 3 CCNL Turismo L'offerta è rivolta a candidatə nel rispetto del Dlgs 198/2006 e dei Dlgs 215/2003 e 216/2003.
