Logistic Quality Coordinator

Job MissionThe Logistic Quality Coordinator ensures that all logistics operations—covering the reception, storage, and distribution of finished goods and spare parts—are carried out in full compliance with EPTA’s quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role’s mission is to create a Quality Management System and to maintain and improve the quality performance of our Logistic Hubs by implementing control systems, managing non-conformities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesQuality Management & Control– Monitor and ensure compliance of all inbound and outbound logistics processes with EPTA’s quality procedures and standards; supervise product integrity checks before shipment and upon receipt; manage and analyze non-conformities related to transport, storage, and delivery; coordinate quality inspections and audits within the logistic hub; ensure correct application of ISO standards. Process Improvement– Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, minimize errors, and improve delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction; support digitalization and traceability projects; participate in Lean / Kaizen initiatives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting– Track logistics quality KPIs; prepare periodic reports and analysis for management review; support internal and external audits. Collaboration & Communication– Act as a key interface between Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, and Production functions; provide training and guidance to warehouse staff; collaborate with carriers and external logistics partners. Competences & SkillsTechnical Competences– Knowledge of logistics processes; familiarity with quality management systems and standards; experience in managing non-conformities and root-cause analysis; understanding of ERP/WMS systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Education & Experience– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Quality Management, or related field; 3–5 years of experience in logistics or quality functions, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment; fluency in Italian and good command of English.
