Business Development Representative at Essentra Bologna Contract: 8 month Fixed Term Contact assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell organization products within a designated geographic territory or by nature of customers. Focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting specific customer problems. May prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals subject to review by supervisor. May participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Identifying company products and services that are underperforming Developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies Improving existing sales proposals Ensuring that the company is able to achieve revenue targets Creating new business strategies to boost a company's revenue Maintaining relationships with clients Identifying new business opportunities and creating business forecasts Creating business plans Identifying growth opportunities Building relationships with potential clients for the company Negotiating deals with new and existing clients Overseeing the implementation of business strategies Analyzing business processes and finances Implementing business plans Establishing effective networks Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a business development or similar role – industrial components sector would be an advantage Knowledge of English language (at least B1 level) Strong organizational skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Team working attitude Knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel What we offer Essentra plc is a leading global provider of essential components and solutions, focusing on the manufacture and distribution of plastic injection moulded, vinyl dip moulded and metal items.
